Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering an action plan with programmes of work and interventions across the different areas of Responsible Business in line with company global network strategy.
  • The four pillars of Responsible Business are: Inclusion and Diversity, Culture and Values, Employee Experience and Wellbeing (including mental wellness and coaching), and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability.
  • In delivering, you will work directly with our Lines of Business partners and our Global COE on the strategy and programmatic delivery and lead a core direct team in delivery - which includes overseeing budgets, administration, management and coaching of your team members.
  • Reporting and updates to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage and work with other Human Capital functional leaders (Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance, Policy) as well as HR Business Partners to embed responsible business priorities within HR systems and business practices
  • Produce internal communications, campaigns and events to support awareness
  • Engage with peers within the Singapore market and colleagues across company network to share best practice
  • Conduct research to produce thought leadership
  • The Responsible Business manager must also coordinate with the Responsible Business team overseeing Corporate Responsibility, to oversee alignment of community investment initiatives, including coordinating volunteering initiatives, internal communication assets and annual sustainability reporting.


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource or Psychology
  • At least 10 years’ relevant working experience and 5 years at Managerial level
  • Knowledge of trends and best practice within people experience/human resources, particularly the areas of inclusion and diversity and wellbeing (employee mental health, development, engagement)
  • Strong communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills are imperative
  • Self-motivated individual with Initiative and self-directed working style
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
