  • Analyze complex demand and supply pictures & summarizes important differences, especially with focus in the area of allocation related production
  • Support Head of Department or Allocation Manager during allocation for decision execution across effected supply chain departments
  • Implement allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on various production lines with coordination with various groups, incl. follow-up to ensure final execution.
  • Align with Capacity Alignment Planner (CAP) necessary adjustments decided in Allocation Core Team
  • Monitor customer commits given by allocation & validates implementation by SCP-/CLM-Teams
  • Maintain Confluence and Intranet platforms
  • Compile management documentation based on Allocation Meetings discussion and results
  • Generate volume summaries and dashboards (Excel, Tableau) for verification in management meetings
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations and provides insight for management

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Data Science
  • 3-5 years of experience in semiconductors manufacturing planning
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills and in Tableau dashboarding/reporting
  • Business acumen with coordination, analytical & reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, very well organized and able to think outside of the box
  • A team player and collaborative mindset
  • Possess drive and initiative with a strong can do attitude
  • Good basic knowledge of Frontend Semiconductor Processes
  • This is a 2 year contract
