  • Serve as a business partner for regional roll-out of a state-of the-art SAP based ERP in our non-production sites and Silicon Foundries in APAC region, always keeping in mind, organization effectiveness with a focus on change management, culture, and employee engagement
  • Develop and deploy end to end change management efforts from impact analysis, key stakeholder identification, communications planning and execution, stakeholder management plans, training needs identification, to reward and celebration plans
  • Lead communication planning and development within the scope of organizational development and change management projects and coordinate with Internal Communication team, including, workshop development and facilitation and thought partnership
  • Manage change responsible project team to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of stakeholders, organizational culture, performance and readiness for change
  • Plan structured communication approaches for every roll-out wave
  • Execute timely and sufficient provision of end-user trainings

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Minimally a Bachelor's degree or preferably a Master's degree in Organizational Development (OD) or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects in change management, employee engagement, organizational and leadership development, organizational design, and culture change
  • Extensive experience in applying organization psychological knowledge, theory and practice administering various psychometric tools and methodologies
  • Advanced project management experience or preferably PMP certification
  • Extensive experience designing and facilitating workshops and training programs
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency
  • This is a 1 year contract
