Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is currently seeking a Head of HR to join their dynamic team.
You will be tasked with setting up/revamping the HR department. You will be managing the full spectrum of the HR function which includes but not limited to talent acquisition, payroll, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc. You are to implement HR policies and handbook, streamline the current processes and procedures, recommend medical and benefits plans, work with internal stakeholders closely on matters such as manpower planning, employee retention, forecasting and budgeting. You will provide advice to senior management relating to HR matters, lead and guide the team in HR operations and drive changes and initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business/HR or any related discipline with a minimum 8-10 years of experience in a managerial capacity. Strong communication and written skills, ability to work independently and being a strong team player are pre-requisites for this role.
