- Responsible for high volume recruitment include onboarding and offboarding process
- Create personal file and details entry to HRIS system.
- Manage the employee relations.
- Responsible for high volume recruitment include onboarding and offboarding process (e.g. Non-Exempt Direct/ Non-Exempt Indirect/ Exempt category).
- Liaison with school for career fair, company branding etc.
- Conduct new hire orientation.
- Create personal file and details entry to HRIS system.
- Manage the employee relations.
- Award management - Long Service Award, Marriage and parenthood gift.
- Responsible for transport, housing, catering management etc.
- Organise events and provide logistics support for communication sessions or roadshows e.g. Venue, set-up, attendance etc.
- Introduce workplace health promotion initiatives to support company objectives.
- Introduce welfare initiatives.
- Updating of HR notice boards at all sites.
- Any other administrative support and ad hoc project
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum a Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant HR experience in managing large headcount.
- Knowledge of employment laws, CSR regulations and organizational needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
