The Company

Our client is an established MNC in the FMCG & Retail business. Currently hiring a driven FP&A talent to oversee a Regional portfolio and drive Regional Supply Chain Finance strategies.

The Role

Successful candidate should possess:

• Required: Highflyers/ Top Performers who have demonstrated a progressive track record in their career. 8-14 years of progressive professional experience ideal.
• Experience in managing sizable team size of at least 8-10 staff
• Must: Experience in handling complex business issues, results-driven, working in a matrix environment and ability to work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for overall P&L management and planning of Asia portfolio, providing financial analysis and business analytics to ensure delivery of forecasts and plans, overseeing preparation of monthly performance decks, consolidation of regional management reporting, and delivering consolidated planning and forecasting activities. You will be involved in preparing and analyzing business and strategic plans, supporting in Supply Chain Finance strategies as well as in providing explanation of variances and performance drivers.

You will participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modelling etc. You will review monthly business performance, drive performance objectives, and support management and commercial teams in identifying potential expansion opportunities and running profitability analysis. You will also evaluate existing processes and workflow and continue to drive process/ system improvement.

Your Profile

• Degree qualified
• Retail/ FMCG Industry experience, as well as Supply Chain Finance exposure will be advantageous
• Mandatory to have leadership experience in managing team size of at least 8-10 staff
• Confident communicator with the ability to be hands-on where required, and thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
