The Company
Our client is a growing real estate management company assisting clients in investment management across Singapore and Australia. They are currently looking for an Acquisition and Office Admin Associate due to expansion.
The Role
As an Acquisition and Office Admin Associate, you will also be required to assist the Finance Manager to process AP invoices and claims, assist with administrative tasks including printing, filing and data entry, provide support on office tasks such as IT administrative co-ordination, setting up of meeting rooms, accepting deliveries, answering incoming calls, managing the pantry and office supplies, overseeing the cleaners and assist the acquisition team in all their administrative needs.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance and Accounting/Administration with 2 years of experience in the administrative field. Candidates must possess good communication skills and Excel skills. Candidates with experience working in an investment related company are preferred.
