As a Quantity Surveyor, you are responsible to cover the roles and responsibilities in Pre-Sales, Post Sales, Procurement and Logistics functions.

The Role - Quantity Surveyor
- Projects : Commercial/Residential ID Projects
- Mon - Fri : 9am - 6pm
- Location : Central
Responsibilities
- Quantity take off and cost estimation based on technical details, drawings, sketches and specifications for commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, F&B)
- Strong working knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery works, i.e carpentry, metal works, etc.
- Sourcing for quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and perform cost comparison
- Sourcing for required materials and suppliers
- Creating a costing and suppliers database
- Preparation and submission of tender and contract documents for interior fit-out projects
- Identify and prepare variation orders for the projects
- Preparation and submission of progress payment claims and variation orders
- Prepare sales quotations for interior fit-out projects
- Attendance of site meeting when necessary
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Proficient in use of Autocad & Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
