The Company
Our client is a well-established and major player in the insurance industry. They are looking for a strong Project Manager/Business Analyst with insurance background to support their team.
The Role
* Manage end-to-end key project initiatives and demonstrate good governance to meet timescales necessary to comply with Insurance Portfolio Delivery requirements (including control of resource, timeline, budget, scope, tollgate documentation and risk control)
* Lead as Scrum Master and drive daily scrum ceremony. Manage multiple project work streams and proactively update the senior team on the risk/issues/milestone, ensuring the scope, cost and timeline are effectively managed.
* Lead multiple initiatives from Idea Outline to benefit realization for product, sale, distribution, digitalization, process streamlining and regulatory/compliance projects.
* Achieve Business outcome and Customer outcome benefits as per strategic goals which are set out in the business case.
* Drive governance through Business Transformation Management Framework, Business Case and User Story.
* Work under agile methodology
* Actively engage in PMO activities, from prioritization of backlogs to seeking investment funds and quarterly outcome in Jira and ensure accurate information is being captured in real time.
Your Profile
* Degree or Masters educated.
* PMP or MSP Certified
* Excellent stakeholder Management to C-suite (e.g. CEO/COO/CFO/CDO) and well equipped with soft influencing skills to drive effective solutions and meet deadlines.
* Excellent in using Excel, Powerpoint., Jira/Confluence for presentation/reporting
* Complex project experience in Insurance and Life insurance product launch
* Strong Project Management skills, Business Analysts skills with at least 10 years of experience as Project/Programme lead within the Banking/Insurance industry
* Excellent presentation skills with strong governance in programme management with senior management at C-level.
* Excellent stakeholder management with great influencing and communication skills
* Hands-on attitude and ability to cope with a wide range of different requirements and project aspects including data migration, process streamline, finance, pricing, products, vendor, and infrastructure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management and organizational skills
