The Role

• Responsible for implementing Marketing CRM strategy and program
• Be a subject matter expert for marketing technology such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Gather business user requirement gathering
• Translate business user requirement to technical specifics to technology team
• Assist in UAT testing and user training

Your Profile

• At least 4 years experience in implementation of salesforce system
• At least 1 year experience in implementation of marketing cloud system
• Salesforce Administrator & Marketing Cloud Certified. Other Salesforce Certifications will be a bonus
