The Job:

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operations monitoring, SLA tracking and other ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Prior experience in dealing with settlements and reconciliation
  • Comfortable working with multiple parties / stakeholders to accomplish and troubleshoot issues / task
  • Able to provide reporting and analysis support
  • Able to work with partners, merchants and manage positive relationship


  • Candidate needs to be proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
