Job Description:
- Work closely with the key stakeholders and senior leaders to achieve quality improvement strategy by identifying value driven outcome
- Identify indicators for quality improvement and establish quality framework, as well as involve in project management and end to end quality improvement programme
- Lead and organise quality related event to enhance awareness on quality improvement in the organization
- Conducting trainings and coaching for improvement
- Lead and organize secretariat team
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 to 8 years of work experience in programme management, strategy formation.
- Experience in healthcare industry will be a plus
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in leading/facilitating/Coaching Quality Improvement projects will be a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to follow-up on multiple tasks and projects with tight timelines
