Job Description

Support all aspects of Fixed IP connectivity for our Enterprise customers (Internet and MPLS services), including internal connectivity between the various services. Participate actvely in designing and architecting IP networks to achieve 100% uptime, that are scaleable, are constantly innovative.

Responsibilities

- Plan, design, implement and manage Fixed IP Networks for its Internet and MPLS customers, including add-on VASes

- Plan, design, implement and manage IP/DCN Network for interservice connectivity

- Perform capacity management to ensure congestion free and resilient network

- Perform planned maintenance to keep the network in optimal performance

- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting of network related issues

- Explore and evaluate latest technologies to introduce ideas for new services and to improve or automate current processes

- Maintain all relevant assets and setup documentation

- Perform rotating standby duties and serve as technical escalation point that supports our operations

- Guide and mentor junior members of the team in the technical aspects of these responsibilities

Requirements

 - Bachelor degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in network planning, design and implementation

- Practical routing and switching knowledge, including experience in OSPF, IS-IS, BGP and MPLS protocols

- Preferably CCNP or JNCIS/JNCIP certified, or equivalent

- Possess hands-on operational experiences in multivendor network environment, including Cisco, Juniper or Huawei

- Previous experience in a Service Provider and/or large Over-The-Top provider environment would be advantageous

- Previous DevOps experience, preferably with Cisco NSO, Ansible, Python, YANG and NETCONF, would be advantageous

- Possess exceptional time-management and prioritization ability

- Self-motivated and able to work independently to contribute to the team effort
