Responsibilities:
- Understand the key concepts and methods of support functions within the Company.
- Understand the scope of support within the department who works on Application, Process, and Innovation.
- Control and maintain healthy environment for the applications within scope.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support with good quality of service and response.
- Be in the forefront of communications and having good relationship with customers and any stakeholder involved.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience application or technical support
- Hands on experience in any of the following technologies - SQL scripting (SQL Server or Oracle), JIRA platform or Microsoft Power BI.
- Prior experience in issues or root cause analysis, managing incidents, requests, and problems resolutions.
- Knowledge in IT production environment and deployment process.
- Experience in Test Management solutions like HP ALM / HPE UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and new emerging tools like JIRA XRAY, Selenium, Citrus, Cypress etc.
- Knowledge in DevOps Tools, ITSM/ITAM processes, Windows, or Unix scripting language.
- Familiarity in application development life cycle
