Service Crew
Job Description
- Day-to-day operations
- Prepare drinks, serve foods, provide excellent customer service
- Work with a team of service staffs within assigned tasks/roles
- Responds to customer complaints/feedbacks and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Maintain quality, service and cleanliness at all times according to company standards
- Ensure workplace safety practices
- Any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Able and willing to work long hours, on weekends and holidays and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player with a good learning attitude
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Food Hygiene Cert.
