Our prestigious client is a major global Investment firm (Private Equity).
We are hiring a Senior IT Support Analyst to provide VIP support for their Singapore office.
This is a permanent position working in a Global Tech team.
Currently, the tech environment is predominantly cloud based with modern tools like: G-Suite, Slack, Dropbox, Salesforce, Zoom, Okta and Zendesk.
about the job
In this role, you will work as an individual contributor working in a global tech team.
- Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries for all technical inquiries for the firms Global Investments team
- Manage and perform installations, configurations and provide technical support for all business tools, Investment Applications and solutions
- Software and hardware administration such as account setup, user on- and off boarding, computer- and device management
- Responsible for and provide technical support for daily system operations activities, application support and network maintenance
- Regularly meet with the business heads and IT management to review metrics
- Identify and suggest improvements to continually increase the effectiveness of the Enterprise IT ServiceDesk
- Manage IT vendors and key senior stakeholders in the company
This is a permanent position with an attractive bonus structure.
skills and experience required
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Min 5-7 years of relevant experience in end user IT Support (VIP support)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS and iOS
- Experience in any of these: G-Suite, Slack, Dropbox, Salesforce, Zoom, Okta and Zendesk.
- Experience in JAMF for Apple
- Experience in Office 365, Active Directory
- Experienced in IT projects involving office relocations and expansions
- Polished individual who goes the extra mile for the end-users, always looking to improve processes proactively
- Ideally comfortable working in an IC role - ability to lead, to be groomed as a manager in future
- Experience working in Investments/Private Equity/Financial services/Banking is a plus
