About the job
As Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to be driven by the ultimate objective of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction. Your job responsibilities would include, attending to customer enquiries via phone and email, handling customer escalations with tact, building sustainable relationships to enhance customer retention and providing general administrative support to the customer service team when required.
About the manager/team
You will be working in a team of more than 10 Customer Service Representatives and report directly to the Senior APAC manager. This role requires you to work night shifts, on a 5-day work week basis.
Skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary-educated with minimum 2 years of experience working in a call centre. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English, so as to build sustainable relationships with your customers. This role is well-suited for individuals who are enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced team environment. You should also be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised, and possess a positive attitude. Prior experience in the airline, hotel or loyalty/ rewards industries would be advantageous.
