Junior HRBP
Adecco is partnering with a tech influencer marketing company for a Junior Human Resource Business Partner role. This is a full-time and permanent position located in One-North.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full recruitment process
- Build and report quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads on portals
- Network with potential hires through social media and events
- Collaborate with hiring managers for hiring criteria
- Screen resumes and job application forms
- Conduct interviews with candidates of all levels
- Track hiring metrics
- Host and participate in job fairs
- Follow up with candidates throughout hiring process
- Maintain database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Prepare employment contracts and employment pass matters
- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Update and implement HR policies
- Organise CSR activities, bonding and awards
- Source for grants (PCP, traineeships, etc)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma/Degree
- 1-2 years experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful, independent and a team player
