Admin Assistant



  • Process sales orders & quotation in a timely manner
  • Prompt response to new / repeat orders received via e-mails and faxes
  • Assist in monitoring all pending sales orders, updating customers regularly on delivery date and in keeping the customers informed of delivery schedule
  • Responsible for coordinating with Accounts Department to ensure prompt payment collection for cash on delivery transaction and with Purchasing Department on incoming stock
  • Release job order to production in the correct order and ensure delivery arrangement to customers orders are delivered timely
  • Update superior on any data discrepancies
  • Provide administrative assistance to sales representatives
  • Prepare documentation for delivery purposes and apply product certification from relevant authorities for custom requirement
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or SPM
  • Minimum 2-3 years related working experience
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
  • Computer literacy in MS office
  • Good customer service and with a service-oriented attitude
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Able to deliver deliverables timely
  • Positive mindset, cheerful, approachable, meticulous and a self motivator
  • Able to embrace changes and take initiatives
  • Able to build rapport with customers
  • Strong sense of integrity and honesty
  • A team player
  • Able to Start Immediate will be Preferred
