As a Property Supervisor, your role is to assist the Property Manager in the day to day operations and maintenance of the building.

Our Client is one of Singapore's leading public-listed property companies. They have a diversified portfolio of development and investment properties, hotels and service suites in Asia, Ocenia, Europe and North America.

The Role - Building/Facility Technician

  • Salary: Up-to $3,200 + AWS + VB
  • 5 Days Work Week
  • 0900 - 1700 / 0900 - 1300


  • Assisting the Property Manager / Executive in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building.
  • Supervising a team of Technicians and assist in the daily work allocation, planning, scheduling and coordination.
  • You will oversee the implementation of preventive management / breakdown maintenance and repairs schedules of all building machinery, equipment and facilities.
  • Hands-on attendance to repairs / complaints on electrical services, air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system (AC/MV), fire protection system, plumbing, sanitary services etc, and building safety and fire-fighting exercises are also within your scope of work as well as any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time


  • Minimum ITC/Higher NITEC with relevant experience in facilities maintenance of which at least 2 years must be in a similar supervisory capacity
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player who is able to assist in resolving technical issue and staff management
