My client is a market leader in the digital cloud services industry. They are currently hiring a permanent role of a Senior UX Researcher as a rapid part of their expansion plans.

about the job

Reporting to the UX Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and prioritizing research opportunities with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the UX Research team in terms of refining research operations processes.
  • Developing and communicating research roadmaps.
  • Working in partnership with different cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • Collaborating with analytics teams in identifying UX opportunities.


skills and experience required

As a successful candidate, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of User experience/UX research
  • Experience with cloud/SaaS, PaaS and/or IaaS products
  • Strong understanding of various research methods which includes how to apply them during the process of product development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
