The role is for APAC region, the role has two main focus areas (i) lead the tender management function in the region and (ii) structure & lead business development and account performance reporting Tender Analysis & Management - Commercial oversight and guidance on TAM tenders and renewals to ensure financially viable opportunities. - Lead regional and global tenders with coordination of value proposition, pricing and costing, solution design, capabilities, innovation & case studies in the Opportunity stage of projects. - TAM regional lead interfacing with Global TAM function - Lead the TAM development and implementation of all new SL pricing processes and techniques across the region - Provide and own the platform to ensure SL tender material and account updates are available across SL - Create more effective and efficient bid/ tender processes by incorporating standards, practices. Business Performance Reporting - Financial modelling for P+L reviews, BU strategic initiatives and financial reporting - Support BRM and IBP business performance processes - Business analytics projects


- Experience in tender management, pricing development & management, sales reporting and business performance reporting. - Strong commercial awareness and experience - Prior logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL contract logistics environment - Knowledge of the Asia Pacific Region - Independently performs assignments to achieve stated objective. - Determines and develops approach to solutions - Ability to inspire teams to improve processes - Strategic/conceptual thinker - Knows how to work with cross country and cross cultural ad hoc teams - Excellent communication skills - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Graduate, preferably with a business background
