The Company

A US based MNC is looking to hire a Junior HR Business Partner.

The Role

The role is expected to support the HR Manager with business partnering and employee engagement duties. The main responsibilities include:

  • Working on people-related strategy and execution
  • Consulting with Senior Managers to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over various departments
  • Providing expertise in the following areas: coaching, data analysis, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
  • Working with Managing Director to undertake community engagement programs/initiatives
  • Building, outlining, and developing processes and tracking projects in support of key DEI functions and Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability.
  • Participating on initiatives to implement process and program enhancements.

Your Profile

You should have at least a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in business partnering / employee engagement. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
