My client is a home-grown IT company, in search for a HR Manager to lead their regional offices.
about the job
As the HR Manager, you will be working with senior management to optimize human capital to drive business strategies. You will be overlooking the full suite of HR functions, ensuring employee engagement and driving HR initiatives, working closely along business stakeholders in analysing gaps and designing suitable policies that could allow organization's continued success and operational efficiencies on the ground. You will look into employee branding to attract talents, retain employees and build teams through continuous learning and development and career guidance.

You will be managing a team of not more than 5 regionally.
skills and experience required
You should come with a degree in Human Resource or equivalent and equipped with more than 3 years of managerial experience. Having regional experience and coming from the technology industry will be added advantages. You should be a 'people-first' strategic manager who is resourceful, analytical and a problem solver. Having excellent communication skills verbally and written are a must in order to facilitate efficient workflow and discussion.
