About the company

Our Client is one of the most established company in the high tech manufacturing industry. They have established a stable foundation and have been growing aggressively over the past years. With rapid expansion and technology investment plan, they are now looking for an MES / IoT Engineer, Digital / Industry 4.0 Engineer to join their team.

About the job

Your role involves:

• Translate the functional demands of industrial 4.0 needs from the internal customers into viable technology to enhance operation efficiency
• Partnering with the manufacturing/shop floor team to communicate capability roadmaps and delivery strategy for business technology and solutions. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation
• Participating in the project for MES-ERP integration, automation and etc. This includes timeline planning, risk management and external vendor management
• Understanding the manufacturing workflow and collaborating with business owners to identify areas where MES could enable automations/ improvements plans within the manufacturing facilities.
• Understanding data integrity and Computer System Validation compliance regulations. This will help in applying them in process discussions and improvement opportunities.
• Managing projects with regards to MES upgrades, functionality implementations and etc.
• Conducting training to business users

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Exposure to Industry 4.0 or Internet of things (IoT). will be of added advantage.

Candidate should have proven track record in leading projects and engaging with senior business stakeholders.
