about the job
This incumbent shall provide personal administrative support to the CEO through conducting and organizing duties and activities including receiving and handling information. This incumbent must work closely with his Personal Chauffeur as well as all Directors in the organization. Your primary duties and responsibilities include managing daily schedule and calendar of the CEO, handling monthly petty cash and manage credit card and cash reimbursement, wring communication letters, reports and documents for the CEO in Korean and English, coordinating meetings, business calls and communicate with subsidiary offices in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, United States, Brazil and Korea, as well as managing business travel arrangements.

This role reports directly to the CEO of the Singapore organisation.
skills & requirements for the role
You should be tertiary-educated with a good sense and ability to think ahead, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office such as word, excel and powerpoint. As this role requires replying emails and documents on the CEO’s behalf, native or advanced Korean language ability is a must. This role is also well-suited for somebody with an excellent service mind, communication and interpersonal skills, and somebody who is able to pay attention to details and uphold confidentiality
