about the company
A market leading US MNC is currently recruiting for a Director or Customer Care to lead projects to improve customer care across the APAC region.
about the job
- Project manage programmes to improve customer care across the APAC region leading different project work streams in Partner excellence, Service Marketing & Communications, Data Analytics, Training, Quality & Compliance and logistics.
- Partner with Regional leads and stakeholders to ensure customer experience within the region meets customer expectations
- Responsible for the reporting and analysis of the APAC targets including forecast planning analysis.
- Lead on data analysis and monitor of APAC KPI metrics for all identified business activities
- Manage and develop the APAC training strategy and training programs for APAC Customer Care
- Manage and Foster growth opportunities via service sales, Warranty and contract renewals and identifying new business development opportunities in conjunction with marketing team
- Accountable for KPI’s and initiatives to enhance business performance
- Lead the building out of channel partner enablement processes.

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 10+ years experience in customer care with previous experience of leading post sales customer service. You will ideally have previous experience managing a P&L and driving change management initiatives in a matrix reporting environment. With excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
