- Provide full admin support to Procurement team in daily operations not limited to raise purchase PO, verify, and analyze invoices.
- Perform data-entry and ensure all documents are properly filed and managed.
- Prepare, Consolidate, and organize shipment details report.
- Provide full admin support to Procurement team in daily operations not limited to raise purchase PO, verify, and analyze invoices.
- Perform data-entry and ensure all documents are properly filed and managed.
- Prepare, Consolidate, and organize shipment details report.
- Assist shipment booking confirmation and fulfilment for business units.
- Create and maintain all procurement related database.
- Support contract management.
- Support in coordination with Finance, Admin departments to ensure integrated internal controls, timely payment of vendors and full, auditable support documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Independent and detail oriented.
- Good organising and communication skills.
