The Marketing Executive is the primary contact and spokesperson for all the tenants in relation to the mobile application and loyalty programme.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the Tenants, the Mall Management Team and Group Marketing
• Assume daily point of contact for tenant relationship management especially for the mobile application and loyalty programmes
• Dissemination of information to the tenants especially for the mobile application and loyalty programmes
• Ensure all tenants and key stakeholders are aware of:
• Mobile application and the updates
• How to use the tenant portal
• Briefing or training sessions created for the purpose of the app and programme
• Opportunities to partner with the malls, app and programme
• Develop toolkits to support and assist tenant’s participation and understanding
• Provide proposals and suggestions to tenant’s on how they can participate using the app and within the loyalty programme
• Design, conduct, evaluate and interpret tenant satisfaction surveys
• Managing of Tenant Participation & Performance Management through:
• Manage projects to meet key objectives that drive the performance of the app and loyalty programme by working with tenants
• Put together reports on tenant participation and performance
• Provide report performance metrics to the Senior Mall Management team and Group Marketing team
• Supporting the Mall Marketing teams and Group Marketing teams on ad hoc projects

Requirements

• A Tertiary Education qualification in a relevant field of study is required for this position.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Shopping Mall Marketing experience is highly advantageous.
