• Responsible for the creation of marketing materials, develop and manage marketing/sales budgets.
• Develop and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives.
• Develop, implement and manage the marketing/PR strategies.

• Plan and implement the marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results.
• Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels.
• Manage all social media channels, strategy and activity, working closely with different stakeholders to develop creative marketing campaigns, monitor trends on social media, ecommerce, digital marketing and technology to optimise campaigns.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Provide direction to the marketing and sales teams.
• Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Identify and understand client’s business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns.
• Build and maintain good relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in marketing and sales.
• Strong leadership, team management skill and ability to motivate the team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
