Responsibilities:
- Managing operational process supporting the E-commerce business
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external partners
- Manage 3rd party fulfilment and operation partner(s)
- Optimize business processes to increase operating efficiency
- Work with customer service team and handle all customer service escalation
- Fraud management and manage new payment gateway initiatives
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Experience in E-commerce marketplace and client is an added advantage
