• Ongoing teamwork and communication with other sales executives and permanent exchange of information with Regional Managers.
• Develop relative industry relationships with key contacts
• Engage consumers through innovative activations that differentiate the brand from others
• Identify, develop & protect On Premise accounts in related regions using proper Route Planning.
• Permanent analysis of the area and account specific business to find new opportunities and to expand distribution.
• Correct positioning of the brand and product portfolio in the specific area.
• Set volume goals with individual accounts that meet with KPI targets.
• Monitor the proper execution of business building initiatives and execute any changes that may be required.
• Promote cooperation and liaise with the local Distributor’s Sales Force.

skills and experience required

• Degree in Business or any other equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales/ Business Development/ Key Account Management .
• Independent with strong negotiation skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
