Job Description
Air Traffic Management Research Institute invites applications for the position of Project Officer as part of a research team to study and develop trusted Human-AI for ATM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in human-centered AI and DS for ATM systems, to aid air traffic controllers (ATCO) in managing aircraft movement safely and efficiently
- Conduct experiments to investigate trust-building process
- Study ATCO's experiences (i.e., trust and performance) with intelligent tools
- Documentation of human research proposals and findings with highest levels of research ethics and integrity
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering
- Strong background in human factors
- Experience in air traffic management research
- Experience in the human-machine interface and aerospace engineering is a plus
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Independent and team player
