  • Business Change Management (BCM):
  • Lead multi-disciplinary business unit change teams with the goal to achieve timely/desired BCM milestone and publishing customer notifications
  • Manage change database and new master data as required, working with planning community for proper change over strategy
  • Work with responsible business circles to minimize sending customer notifications by synchronizing frontend, backend and product changes
  • Planning, ordering and executing of sample orders across multiple international sites
  • Drive ramp up meetings to assure timely execution of phase over strategy (ramp down / ramp up)
  • Ramp Up Management:
  • Represent supply chain in new product development process from project release phase until successful ramp up completion
  • Support master data set up according to project requirements
  • Support project management in synchronization between various milestones (e.g. Chip, Technology milestones) to meet overall timeline
  • Planning, ordering and executing of sample orders across multiple international sites
  • Lead and moderate ramp up teams in the proper project phase to assure timely execution of early ramp as requested by marketing/customers

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain/ Operations/ Business Management
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Fresh graduates with relevant educational disciplines are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fundamental project management skills and knowledge of product development processes
  • Meticulous, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English
  • This is a 1 year contract
