The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials. The backend cluster combines the competencies for planning, productivity, innovation and quality, assembly and testing.

In your new role you will:

  • Release firmed delivery schedules to Subcon and manage Subcon confirmations
  • Provide support for Work in progress (WIP), DB, In-transit Inventory Management
  • Monitor loading and drive supplier to meet Infineon KPIs, such as Cycle Time, On time Delivery, Inventory Count
  • Communication interface of supplier for all Production and Planning execution topics
  • Drive critical product fulfilment and maximum revenue for Infineon

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering / Industrial engineering / Business Administration / Economics
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the Semiconductor industry
  • Good level of pro-activeness and able to handle subcon to management discussion
  • Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software with good knowledge on logistics, business process and relevant IT tools such as SAP and Workstream
  • Effective writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels
