The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials. The backend cluster combines the competencies for planning, productivity, innovation and quality, assembly and testing.In your new role you will:

  • Manage test manufacturing capability enabling projects of different complexity class
  • Drive internal, cross functional technical & supply chain teams to ensure projects are implemented for robust production
  • Alignment of test technology requirements between business units, package development teams, production sites & central functions
  • Establish the project plans, coordinate project team activities, report progress & proper documentation release
  • Expected to work closely with technical teams and also be hands-on technically, when required

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline with relevant working experience in High Tech Manufacturing environment, preferably Semiconductor industry
  • Ability to manage and control projects in compliance with internal rules and regulations at any stage of project development life-cycle, IPMA certification will be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience and strong technical skills in Final Test Technology
  • Strong leadership qualities & team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit to 24-month contract period
