Job Description


Manage, implement and strategize the design, development and implementation of EPM Business Applications (SAP BPC, SAP BW, Qlikview); through the development , establishment and implementation of SAP BPC/BW/Qlik enhancement framework by covering its functionalities, integrated solutions, capabilities and security in order to achieve efficient operability, compliance and sustains productivity thus enhancing the value creation for Division business through IT innovation and support the business to attain operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Manage and plan the establishment and implementation of EPM Applications and Strategy to govern the delivery of business systems by strategically implementing the right, simplified and standardized technology and tools that create synergies within the organization as well as external parties in conformance to Application Blueprint and fit for purpose solutions in order to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of the end-to-end solution delivery model that improves reporting efficiencies supporting the management in critical decision making thus delivering the strategic benefits, or exceeding the targets of high performance benchmarked IT services.


Manage and plan the sustainability of EPM system through the establishment of EPM Knowledge Management Framework as well as through the conduct of regular knowledge sharing sessions among Division users through the establishment of EPM Community of Practice (COP) to ensure the retention of its knowledge throughout Division business that will contribute towards the increase of skill and capability building that leads to greater system utilization and improve the efficiency of the business planning processes.


Manage and plan the establishment and development of EPM Compliance for Division Business in alignment with Group IT Security by establishing Group Policies and Authorities (GPA) in order to minimize any commercial/ technical exposure and to achieve a secured, well-controlled EPM reporting application and also enhancing and promoting awareness on system compliance.


Manage, implement and strategize the establishment and development of EPM Business Improvement Master plan for Division Business globally through the establishment of continuous improvement initiatives to support business analytics, consolidation, reporting applications and processes by performing extensive research work and building strong networking relationships with IT community Division companies and recommend adoptions to stakeholders in order to deliver key reports as well as performance scorecards and dashboards for timely and effective strategic decision making.


Manage, plan and strategize the direction on the overall EPM reporting system enhancements projects, covering its functionalities and capabilities which also encompasses other integrated and related systems by recommending comprehensive, application and workflow requirements as well as cost-benefit analysis inclusive of a viable project plan, cost estimates and validation of financial, economic and commercial benefits that maximizes value creation and return of investments holistically in order to support business initiatives and in line with Division business strategy.


Minimum 5 years of working experience in SAP BPC, Business Financial and Accounting, IT systems implementation and support environment, with experience in project management and/or team lead roles.

Experienced in working with business processes at regional level to ensure solutions and services takes into consideration cross function and cross border impacts.

Ability to communicate with users at various working levels and of different nationalities.

Ability to convey information to both a technical and non-technical audience.


Understanding of Division Business / Township Planning / Consolidation / Plantation Upstream / Finance knowledge.

Sound technical Knowledge in information management, SAP BPC, SAP Business Warehouse, Business Financial/Accounting systems implementation and support environment.

Possesses technical and analytical skills in BPC customization and configurations, reports development on Financial and Accounting systems.

Knowledge in financial operational expenses including financial planning, financial consolidation etc.

Knowledge of SAP EPM solutions is preferred.
