Job Description

Responsibilities 

• Perform corporate finance work in a real estate business unit with presence in multiple countries.
• Responsible for tax structuring in various countries and financial analysis for potential acquisitions and divestments.
• Execution of fund raising in the equity / debt capital market.                              
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required to.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized University
• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in corporate finance/treasury, preferably in the real estate industry with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Well-versed in financial modeling and equity / debt capital markets with basic knowledge of accounting and/or tax treatment
